If we were to compare adulthood/childhood to indoor/outdoor, I feel it would be as follows:

OUTSIDE
"go play outside"

children are always encouraged to go outside and play. Outside is where physical learning take place. Kids fall off bikes, get stuck in trees, graze their knees, get a bee sting.....

INSIDE

adults are never told to go outside and play. its almost like, as you get older, you sort of graduate to the 'inside club'. where polite conversation, intelligent debates, worldly discussions, are held. where the parents/adults carry out 'serious' tasks, washing, cooking, cleaning, office-duties, fixing things in the garage, talking on the phone

i don't know where i'm going with this........

i don't like the thought of 'graduating' to the inside club.

i'd much rather be outside.

maybe i just don't want to grow up.

your only as old as you feel right?
